NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. Ends 05/02/2022 at 11:59 p.m. PST. Open to legal residents living within the fifty United States or the District of Columbia who are age 21 years or older at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, authorized licensees, retail licensees or wholesale licensees and their immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, sibling, child, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, and all lineal descendants, including those by adoption, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. This contest is in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram inc. By entering, entrants release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram terms of use.
To Enter, between 04/02/2022 at 07:00am PST and 05/02/2022 at 11:59 pm PST (“Contest Period”):
Entrants must be the registered and authorized account holder of the Instagram account through which the entry is made. By entering, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor via Instagram messenger, telephone, email and/or postal mail concerning this contest.
All Entries must adhere to the following guidelines and Sponsor reserves, in its sole discretion, the right to disqualify any Entry and individual who violates these content guidelines.
Prize: The prize is to be awarded to one (1) entrant selected by a panel of judges and consists of:
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $0. The prize is provided “AS IS”. Sponsor does not make or offer any warranty or guarantee either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this contest or the prize.
No substitution, transfer or assignment of a prize is permitted except if prize is unavailable Sponsor may substitute a prize of approximately equal or greater value if the advertised prize or any portion of the prize is unavailable for any reason including cancellations, delays, or substitutions including all expenses incurred in connection with, acts or omissions of or by third parties or government or other authorities. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Prize is non-assignable or transferable. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local and sales and income taxes.
Winner Determination and Notification: After conclusion of Contest Period, a panel of qualified judges, determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will select one (1) winner from among all eligible submissions received during the contest period, based on the following criteria:
The potential winner shall be notified by Instagram direct message on or about May 9th, 2022 by a representative of Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Winner will be required to provide age and eligibility verification, a standard declaration and release form, and/or a completed W9 form. If the potential winner does not respond to the direct message within three (3) business days of being contacted, refuses the prize, and/or does not fulfill the request for age and eligibility verification, standard declaration and release form, and completed W9 form within seven (7) days, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner selected from amongst all remaining eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
In the event of a dispute over the identity of a potential winner, the winning Entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the Instagram account used to enter, and any potential winner may be required to provide evidence sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder of that Instagram account.
General: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges and the Sponsor, and release the Sponsor and its affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this contest, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use of prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this contest or use, misuse or redemption of prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the contest, or in the announcement of the prize. Any dispute arising out of this contest or relating to the prize shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and resolved by binding arbitration.
If for any reason the contest is not capable of being executed as planned due to pandemic, measures of any governmental authority, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any suspect entry and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest, and/or award the Prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the termination, as Sponsor determines in its sole discretion. Entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incompletely received, or incomplete, for any reason, will not be eligible and are not the responsibility of the Sponsor. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest at any time for any reason, in its sole discretion.
Posting an Entry constitutes entrant’s grant to Sponsor a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, nonexclusive, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display the Entry in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes. If requested, entrant will sign any documentation that may be required for Sponsor or its designees to make use of the Entry and the non-exclusive rights entrant is granting to use the Entry. Each entrant also irrevocably waives any and all so-called moral rights they may have in the Entry. Each entrant further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any claims, lawsuits, liabilities or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out or related to that entrant’s Entry or violation by entrant of these Official Rules.
Release: By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of or related to participation in the contest or receipt or use or misuse of, or travel or from or in connection with any prize.
Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, entry into the contest constitutes permission for the Released Parties to use entrant’s name, address (city and state), picture, biographical information, statements, comments on Instagram, voice and likeness in any advertising and publicity Sponsor may conduct relating to the contest in any media or format, whether now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, at any time or times in perpetuity, without further compensation or notice.
Winners List:The winner’s list will be posted on Sponsor’s Instagram account once the winner has been confirmed.
